Shaul or Paul the Apostle and Former Pharisee

Shalom of El יהוה Yahweh to You!

Now, about Apostle Shaul / Paul (there is no sound “Sh” in the Greek language, therefore the Greek translators called him Paul).

Many people today stumble at his writings (Epistles). But I live by the Spirit of El יהוה / Yahweh, and not by the books of Shaul (Paul) or others.

As a man of El יהוה / Yahweh, I shall declare to you a heavenly word that I have heard from Heaven. Therefore, receive this word as from El יהוה / Yahweh (God)

1. You Must Be Born from Above by El יהוה / Yahweh

יהושע / Yahshua answered and said unto him,
“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of El (God).”

Nicodemus said unto him,
“How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

יהושע / Yahshua answered,
“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of El (God). That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind blows where it wills, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:3–8)

2. The Holy Spirit Shall Teach You All Truth, Not the Books of Paul

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” (John 14:26)

“Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for He shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.” (John 16:13–14)

“But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you all things, and is truth, and is no lie; even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.” (1 John 2:27)

Like a newborn baby (carnal/fleshly), I spoke many foolish and proud things for my own glory. The Apostle Shaul / Paul, a former self-righteous and hypocritical scribe, also spoke and wrote many foolish and fleshly things when he was as a spiritual “babe.”

Yahshua said:

“Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.” (Matthew 13:52)

Paul sought his own glory at times. Yet the true servant seeks only the glory of the One who sent him.

“He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh His glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.” (John 7:18)

Spiritual Growth

We are all born again as babies. It is common for spiritual babies to seek a man-leader and follow his teachings, even making him an idol.

My idol was Pentecostal TV preacher Benny Hinn. But as I grew spiritually into a “young man,” I realized my foolishness in following a man instead of being led by the Holy Spirit. I repented and forsook my idol-man and his teachings.

Only after repentance did the Holy Spirit become my true teacher and guide. Then I grew into a spiritual adult in Yahweh.

“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” (1 Corinthians 13:11)

“I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake. I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known Him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. …” (1 John 2:12–14)

Conclusion

Can you see it now? If not, then perhaps you are still blind. Unless you are born from above by Him, you cannot see it.

The Apostle Shaul / Paul, once a self-righteous and hypocritical scribe, began with carnal writings but grew into deeper truths. He repented and matured spiritually.

Therefore, do not follow Paul, nor me, nor any man. Follow the true Messiah יהושע / Yahshua.
If you would have eternal life, walk as He walked, step by step.

יהושע / Yahshua said:
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” (John 14:6)
