Sept 2015 dreams: Snow / white ash in summer and explosion in Hydro-power station.

In October 08 – November 26 2015 in the Virginia’s state I saw in the morning that sky was clear and beautiful, and suddenly about after 10:00 am I saw 4-5 Military airplanes spraying something on us and sky was cover with the clouds, as much as I could saw from New York to Florida and to Kentucky. I was wondering what is this mean? Why they do this? Then I searched on the Internet and found that it is Chemtrails is a Government Genocide against civilians.
